• Prompte response to rental inquiries, managing logistics like calendar management, bookings, payments, check/in and check/out, cleanings.
• Collect and pay Tourist and Sales Tax.
• Weekly inspection of the property.
• Supervising of all services, pool, lawn care, cleaning.
• Organisation of all repairs and supervising the work. 
• Provide 24/7 service and support for Owner and guests, resolve any tenant issues.
• Monthly property statements to the Owner, detailed bookkeeping and accounting, monthly direct deposit to Owner's bank account.
• End of year statement for Owner's tax accountant.

• Furnishing and decorating.
• Pressure washing the outdoor area.
• Sign up for electricity, water, internet, tv etc. and set up auto payments for regular bills.
